Review of Awake (2007) by Sean R — 08 May 2010
I can't really take Hayden Christensen serious as an actor, considering he has no emotions except anger, pain, and sadness.
Terrence Howard is an excellent actor and when he plays a role, he plays it very well.
Over all with the plot, it was not what I was expecting it to be this way. I was half hoping it was about the thrill of calling for help and no one was there to hear, and came so close to the cut. Not this outer body experience to see the truth through different eyes of the living. This film could have gone so many different ways, and yet you are left at the end disappointed.
So this one star is for Terrence and nothing more.
