Review of Awake (2007) by Antwan J. J — 25 Jun 2010

Wow talk about a psychological thriller and it looks good from a narrative point of view but shockingly I didn't know that if you're going under the knife for any surgical procedure there's a small chance that you could appear to be under the anesthesia but actually if it doesn't work you could be awake for the entire surgery and feel every cut,slice, stab,and rip of an organ being removed though this is uncommon but it can happen between 5 out of 1000000 cases involving transplant patients.

What an ensemble cast, I was almost thrown for a loop at Jessica Alba's and Terrence Howard's characters believing that they were good people but they both had a hidden agenda that was ultimately their downfall overall this movie was well written and very much well done.
