The surgery scenes in his movie are really intense! I freaked out watching it because I know it happens in real life, so in that respect it's realistic. And I cant even IMAGINE that much pain and not being able to do anything about it.
.. what a nightmare! I watched it late at night having never even heard of it and wasnt expecting all the plot twists, so I was completely surprised and engaged, which is why the 4 stars. Personally I thought Hayden Christiansen did a great job.
A must see, preferably late at night!
