Review of Awake (2005) by Zhu H — 14 May 2009
This is just insulting. The filmmakers don't even know how to write complete sentences. The plot "twists" are painfully predictable. Yet what really makes this movie unbearable is the main character's douche bag voice-over.
It's an audio-commentary-esque, redundant restatement of everything already made excessively obvious through unnecessary, repetitive editing.
