Awake was better than I anticipated. If you manage to see beyond the unbelievable beauty of Jessica Alba and Hayden Christensen and ignore their not so perfect acting, there?s actually a pretty interesting story.
Midway through this movie I thought; ?not really that good, absolutely not more than 2,5 stars?, but that changed. The storyline has so many twists and turns that I didn?t see coming and that really turned this movie from less than mediocre to above mediocre.
Well, at least story-wise. Unfortunately the bad acting drags this movie down several notches. The directing and cinematography is rather poor as well.
