Compromises are part of our daily life and Paul W. S. Anderson is no exception. If you make an action-science- fiction-movie, don't try to put some clever dialogues in it or let your actors make friend with the enemy. You don't shit where you eat and you don't get a weapon from an alien in the end.
A little bit more Alien vs. Predator would have been nice - but we all have to make compromises, isn't it?
