Review of Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) by Andrew J — 18 Apr 2016

Even though the novelty of seeing earth's mightiest heroes together has worn off a little since the Avengers film, Age of Ultron brings more of what we loved from the first film and does it better.

Better action, better character interaction and humor, more emotional heft, higher stakes, and more geek-out fanboy moments to even count. The movie gets a little distracted with other plot points towards the middle, making it not quite as tight a package as the first Avengers, but that being said, it gets far more right that it does wrong.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is a heck of a time at the movies and definitely continues Marvel's winning streak.
