Review of Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) by Thetardispilot — 01 May 2015
I believe that Joss Whedon has proven himself a dedicated fan of the source medium. For the most part, he does it by perfectly casting his characters. That said, I have very little to say about this movie itself, other than the fact that it is terribly long, the plot being practically paper- thin and convoluted at the same time for anyone who is not familiar with the source and the undeniable fact that it lacks heart.
In my opinion, some recent standalone Marvel offerings, especially Captain America: Winter Soldier and the fantastic Netflix's Daredevil far outshine this multi-million dollar mess.
