Review of Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) by Deathmonger — 13 Jun 2015
People that think the first one was "so much better" are flat out wrong. There is so much going on in this movie that I just think it sadly went over their heads. The lines are intelligent and funny.
The themes are much deeper than most people get, especially the scarlet witch visions. The other thing that people seem to complain about is Ultron being weak...he almost destroyed the entire planet and it took the whole team (not just Vision as some people incorrectly think--I don't even know where they get that from) to stop him.
There is also true hero stuff, people willing to sacrifice it all and not make the easy choice of saving the most vs few, but putting it all on the line to save everyone.
