Review of Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) by Hollybush — 03 Feb 2016
Absolute garbage from start to finish. LAME. Responsibilty lies mostly with Joss Whedon and his desperately poor story but there's blame elsewhere . Tony Stark is just irritating as hell. RDJ needs to give this **** up ASAP as he's becoming a tired joke.
He's not charismatic, he's just smarmy and unfunny. You know something's wrong when you enjoy seeing the hero of a movie getting beat up. Black Widow is as vacuous as always - only change was her haircut which made her look plain.
Nice work. To be fair, Thor, Banner and Captain America are fun to watch as always. The same can't be said of Ultron who is probably the weakest of all Marvel's weak villains. Badly designed and badly written, it must be said that James Spader does the best with the awful material he's been given.
. And of course, as with ALL Marvel films, lots and lots and lots of horrible CGI action with horrible tracking camera shots that are aimed at providing FIST PUMP moments but fail miserably.
