Age of Ultron is not quite on par with the first Installment, but that does not mean for a second that it's a bad film by any means. The action is wonderful, the humor is just right, and it is "Eye Candy" that you will eat up every last bit of.
I wouldn't not name this the best Marvel film in the franchise, but it's a worthy competitor.
