Review of Auto Focus (2002) by Nate A — 21 Jan 2008
This DVD cover gives no indication of the film you're about to see. It's a provocative film set in an unprovocative time. I don't know if you can even say that. But Greg Kinnear and Willem Dafoe are great in it. Especially Kinnear. I like Kinnear's narration because it sometimes has a twist and he just slightly confuses you because you don't always know what to think of his character. I recommend it. It has amateur porn in it from back in the day when Sony was releasing the very first video cameras. Wild ride!
I can't even describe what I'm feeling about this one...kind of depressed mixed with...something weird.
