What could have been a great movie is just an ok movie. the subject matter of the murdered actor bob crane has fascinated people for years. and although this isnt the best retelling it certainly has its moments.
as much as I like gregg kinnear I think he is too likeable for playing bob crane. the soundtrack is great. the last half of the film gets to be more believeable. but its hard to accept the narration of Greg/Bob and to be taken seriously.
More of an art film than a mainstream.
