Surprisingly, I actually liked this film more than I expected - despite the length. Great casting, okay storyline, and good for some historic aspects.

I believe the actors did what they could with their roles, but I felt the writing of the characters didn't go deep enough.

I loved the cinematography. Without a doubt, shooting of this film caught some of the most beautiful pieces of Australia.

Seeing films like this make me realize how little I know about the other side of the world. The film educated me with this nations own level of racism and their "stolen generation".

I would definitely recommend this film, but be forewarned it is LONG.
