Would have loved to see this with a different lead actress, someone who could act or even move their face into different expressions would have been nice. Supporting cast were good, Hugh was great, points to Baz for trying to blend classic and modern movie making techniques, sometimes they worked other times they distracted you from the characters and story.
What it comes down to is trying to do way too much in one film, and somewhat of a letdown after one hell of a build up through ridiculous press and tourism campaigns.
