Typical Luhrmann. Everything you would expect from him you will find in this movie. Comedy, Drama & a bit of romance to boot. One minute I was laughing the next I felt pangs of sorrow. Beautiful scenery (especially at the beginning of the film where there is a scene with Jackman washing himself down ;0)), & pretty decent performances.
This film, considering the bad reviews, took me by surprise. I expected to utterly hate throughly enjoyed it.
