In my younger years I was swept up in the quotable mania surrounding the first Austin Powers movie. I was disappointed by the sequel when I first saw it, but in retrospect it's not surprising that the franchise ran out of gas so quickly.
Most of the gags in this movie are simply regurgitations of the stuff that worked in the first film. The whole cast just makes penis, fatty, testicle, and poop jokes until the movie hits the ninety minute mark.
