Really bad. really really bad. I felt bad for the actors involved (minus the obnoxiously annoying coolidge who felt right at home in this thing) because they're all talented in their own right. the script was just a cheap knockoff of "austen" tropes by someone who probably hasn't even read any of the books.
it wasn't offensive or enraging, just really really bland and badly made. visually nice to look at, of course, but ultimately a really dumb film that insults the intelligence of its audience.
