Blech. expecting dark/black humor because: tracy letts. couldn't finish watching. so much scenery chewing by meryl streep. julia roberts/ewan macgregor: not a match made in heaven. and her face is largely expressionless.
insertion of outsider as silent witness (native american nurse) so obvious. just a mess as a film.
