The acting is strong and the writing is witty. But the emotional aspect of this movie was what resonated with me. For those that have cared for or in the process of caring for an ill parent, this movie will touch you.
For those that have dysfunctional sibling relationships where you long to be closer, but are pushed away - you will connect with the characters in this movie.
