I only watched the first 45 minutes and I'm not going to finish it. It's boring and not very funny at all and I'm pretty sure I could have filmed it better in my backyard. Husband claimed it was supposed to be like Shaun of the Dead/Hot Fuzz.
I like Shaun of the Dead...a lot. To compare this movie to those is like comparing a dragon to a lizard. Doesn't reach the potential that the producers were hoping for...not very funny, acting wasn't that great and who cares about these kids? I don't--zero attachment to the characters.
I almost wished they had all gotten eaten so the torture would end. The plot is weak and a lot of the acting was pretty pathetic as well. Positives: John Boyega is amazing and some of the filming was decent.
