Review of Attack the Block (2011) by Naomi L — 03 Aug 2012
Though the characters are intentionally unlikeable at first, easily painted as the social ill that is young kids hanging around the streets (the mugging they commit giving credence to the dislike). The characters build through the following offbeat action adventure both growing and changing throughout.
An interesting film and immensely looking forward to Joe Cornish's work on Ant-man.
