Review of Attack the Block (2011) by John K — 28 Aug 2012
This isn't a comedy, despite the way it was advertised. I think it's quite authentic - I recognise a lot of the slang from conversations I hear on public transport. I spent the first 30 mins rooting for the aliens, but it's actually a very effective film, and the characters did grow on me.
