Review of Attack the Block (2011) by Shaun B — 20 Oct 2012
It's ridiculous and the special affects are cheesy, but I think that's sort of what it was going for, a B movie feel. Anyways, a bunch of Jerk gang banger kids in the slums of London who'm Rob a Woman, end up having to be the ones who also protect that woman from bloodthirsty aliens looking for justice after one of their own dies, and it's a great time, and adds a highly unique plot spice to a simple and cliche story.
