Review of Attack the Block (2011) by Daniel P — 06 Aug 2012
Set in a rough part of South London, a gang of teens have to protect their block from a pack of gorilla looking aliens.
It's a nice blend of comedy, science fiction, some horror elements and great action. It's a really good British made sci-fi. It's unique and original, and I enjoyed.
Watching it. It might be worth another watch if I owned it, but I only caught it on TV. I hadn't heard anything about the film, so I had no expectations and it was a really pleasant surprise. It was funny to see Nick Frost in it.
I could recommend it to most.
