Never in a movie I have loathed a character, perhaps most characters to this degree. the Book too got on my nerves yet I had to tread the thin ice to see if the movie could get any better. I was far more upset.
May be thats what Ian McEwan truly desired.
Robbie and Cecilia remained with me like Romeo and Juliet- both couples in my book shall remain star-crossed lovers, whose destines were joint only to end sans their deserved happiness.
