Review of Atonement (2007) by Sean C — 04 Feb 2012
A well acted drama with an interesting screenplay but takes too long to deliver the original conflict and let alone, it really doesn't show any reason as to why it happened. You never really get the sense of why a grudge is being held against McAvoy.
But let alone, a good film with great technical achievements. The original score was well fitted for the film and the cinematography was astounding throughout the entire film and specifically in the war sequences.
One of McAvoy's best performances as well as Knightley's.
