Review of Atonement (2007) by Jonathan B — 29 May 2012
Actually a really dark movie, not what I was expecting in a good way.
The movie is often uneven and in some parts a bit messy, and the 5 minutes big budget tracking shot is a bit uneeded and just show offish (no matter how fantastic).
I wasnt expecting to like this at all but I was completely struck by how involving and often disturbing it was especially when I was expecting another Pride and Predjudice type of movie.
