Review of Atonement (2007) by Nainna L — 02 Nov 2012
In some ways not as good as the book - the great wrong that's done sort of happens without the tense build up I feel there was in the narrative of the novel; but in some ways the way the second 'Act' with our protagonists during war is beneficial, as it didn't half bloody drag on in the novel - which makes sense when you get to the end but god it's hard work to read sometimes.
Overall a worthy adaptation.
