Review of Atonement (2007) by Kirby P — 11 Aug 2011
Very good period drama. My wife got a bit confused with the switching back and forth along the timeline. The ending of this movie is most unusual. Also, there's one scene on the beaches of France in which there is an unbroken camera shot of about five minutes, long enough that -- if you're the type to notice such things -- you'll want to back it up and play it again just to ponder the planning and coordination it took to film that scene.
