Review of Atonement (2007) by Alvin T — 03 Jul 2011
One of the few movies that affected me emotionally more than any other film in recent memory. The ending left me devastated and yet very touched by how the movie eventually turned out and how beautiful it all played out.
It made me re-analyze the meaning of the film's title. Great acting performance, stunning photography and incredibly mesmerizing and hauntingly beautiful music by Dario Marianelli, this is a movie I simply can't forget and is in a special place in my heart.
