David Leitch's highly entertaining follow-up to the critically acclaimed John Wick may lack the surprises and intensity of that film, But it's sleek gritty 80's production design, Charlize Theron's intense acting and Tyler Bates, fresh off of his success with the Guardians of the Galaxy movie soundtracks, once again uses his talents for choosing songs that fit the action onscreen with impressive results.
Atomic Blonde may lack originality, but is a pure visual treat in terms of cinematography, editing and setpieces. Deadpool 2 is in safe hands....
