Review of Atomic Blonde (2017) by Emily H — 26 Jul 2017
I absolutely loved this movie. Despite what others have said, I found the plot engaging, the characters interesting, and the main concept awesome. Although stereotypical in terms of being a spy movie set in the late 80's (hello russia), the idea is interesting and engaging.
It also includes decent a decent LGBT couple, awesome female characters kicking ass, and enough plot twists that hours later I am still thinking it through to fully understand exactly what happened. 10/10, 5 stars, would see again (I am seeing it again this weekend).
