Atomic Blonde is unquestionably a "style-over-substance" sort of picture... but I'll be damned if that style isn't comprised some of 2017's most captivating series of action sequences.
Leitch's slick, no holds barred direction and Theron's onscreen charisma truly elevate what could've been an utterly crass, pandering period action flick into a piece of high cinematic art.
