Review of ATM (2012) by Jowell V — 23 Mar 2012
IFC Films brings us ATM. ATM is a film about crime for crime's sake. Three young corporate professionals seize the moment (carpe diem!) and drive home after a holiday party. Emily (Alice Eve from She's Out of My League) and David (Brian Geraghty) hope to kindle a newborn romance that has been months in the making.
David's best friend from work (Josh Peck as Corey) is intoxicated beyond repair and refuses to take a Taxi home. Together they will face a once-in-a-lifetime scenario in which the odds are against their survival.
For David and Emily this is not the beginning they had imagined to their would-be storybook romance.
