Review of ATM (2012) by Andrew P — 03 Sep 2012
**Contains Spoilers**.
Got a kick out of Mick's review. Quite funny after watching the movie and agreeing with much of what he said. A lot of it was very frustrating to watch because these three co-workers were unrealistically dumb. They had some the worst survival skills imaginable. For example, when the one co-worker runs to the car and discovers that the wires have been cut, why does he let the cell phone fall to the ground? You know the murderer is about to bum rush the vehicle and attempt to bust into it, why does he not brace himself and keep a death grip on that thing? Simply moronic. Also, why did they not thoroughly search the innocent guy that they accidently killed and find that lighter? Again, extremely dumb. Just a heads up to Mick, the idiot who made a run for it falls because the guy in the parka jacket booby trapped the lot with trip wire at about neck level height. They show him playing with the difficult to see wire a bit after he jams the dude with a screw driver. Also, they found the lighter in the jacket of the innocent janitor they murdered (who not even at one point yells or asks why he's being attacked, but instead just starts getting down himself and fighting back). Remember, the annoying friend pulls the jacket off his dead body and uses it for himself. Just some things I noticed that you missed. Overall, some plot holes and ridiculously poor decision making, but entertaining and worth the watch nonetheless. 6.5/10.
