9% on the critics, but 85% on the fans.... sorry critics, your bias is showing. this is an excellent adaptation of a very difficult novel to film, and I can't wait for pts 2 and 3 which BTW the producers have recently stated WILL BE MADE! despite the best efforts of the critics!the story could have been pulled from today's headlines, and this thing was written in 1957! go see it and bring a liberal friend! you might actually teach them something.
