Review of Atlas Shrugged: Part I (2011) by Matt A — 07 Apr 2012
Too ideologically ridged to really make you care about any of the characters or even take the plot seriously. There really wasn't any nuance to the characters - the capitalists are the unflawed heroes, the government bureaucrats are always ruthlessly evil, and the rest of society are just jealous moochers. There are no shades of gray, only black and white.
Even if this is your ideology you'd be lying if you called this anything more than a mediocre film.
