Review of Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001) by Alex T — 12 Dec 2012
Such an awesome Verne-like movie that has such an amazingly pulp feel to it with that gritty 1900s adventure story archetype. Unlike any other cartoon Disney film, this has no songs but instead a more mature plot line and many scenes of action that can get quite intense.
And how great of a concept to use in a cartoon! I wish Disney had more thrill rides like this one.
