Review of Astro Boy (2009) by Trent G — 25 Apr 2010
This was a guilty pleasure for me. It's clearly not up to the same level as Pixar or Dreamworks pics, it still succeeds in being cute and likable. I especially enjoyed the silly RRF. My biggest annoyance with the film was actually visual, since Astro Boy's character design harkens to his manga origins while none of the other characters display anime-like characteristics.
