A very poor adaptation. I love the original anime upon which this movie is based, and after groaning my way through all 94 minutes of it, I can say that the greatest sin of this movie is Americanization.
The original series had quirky humor and lots of heart: this movie's humor was shallow, it's characters (especially the horrendous President Stone) predictable and silly, and the premise went nowhere.
Don't watch it. Ever.
