Review of Asterix Conquers America (1994) by Duncan P — 07 Jul 2014

While not as over the top and fun, it makes use of the three-act structure but doesn't full pay off in the end. The scenes with Asterix and his friends interacting with the Natives are fun but they don't much.

I do appreciate trying to add drama but the fun feels more on auto-pilot than cleverly fleshed out like Twelve Tasks. Otherwise, a harmless entry but it leaves you wanting more.
