Review of Assault on Precinct 13 (2005) by John K — 21 Sep 2010
As a fan of the original John Carpenter film, it was hard watching this remake without comparing the two movies. This 2005 version makes some departure from the original, especially the ending, but it was still not as satisfying overall.
If you haven't seen the Assault On Precinct 13 from 1976, you may be a little more forgiving and even enjoy this release.
