Complete tosh, but saved by Antonio Banderas eating the scenery with a knife and fork. Sly manages to dress like an 80 year old yet still be cool. The action is good but the film is too long and partly because of Banderas spending an obscene amount of time sat in a tower pouring water on himself in slow motion.
