'As Above So Below' fails to capitalise on its novel concept and potentially terrifying setting; instead relying on an excess of shaky cam scares, jumps and stupid people doing stupid things. It scores a couple brownie points for a couple decent gore effects but for the most part It's pedestrian, played out; and more than a little dull.
