Review of As Above, So Below (2014) by Collin R — 21 Jan 2017
Good enough found footage movie. It's the same plot about people trapped in a secluded place, only to face a lot of shit, seen many times before in other found-footage movies, like Grave Encounters (2011) and The Pyramid (2014).
It feels a little long, but the last 20 minutes get very tense and becomes much more entertaining, but there're many genre cliches in this movie to call it entertaining. Overall, it ain't bad, but what really frustrated me was the ending, it's too safe and nonsensical, any self-respecting movie writer wouldn't think of an ending like that, for this type of flick.
