Not going to lie, I essentially thought the remake of the original 1981 classic would bomb. However, despite Russell Brand's overtly grating, squeaky Britishness, it's a reasonable attempt. Brand is believable in the role, and I'm certain his female friends would agree.
Worth a watch.
