Review of Arsenic and Old Lace (1944) by Adriano B — 12 Feb 2010
Great black comedy which put to shame many other of our time. Theatrical in its mise-en-scene, over the top in characters' depitction yet fresh and with all the psycho-neurotic quirks nowadays you'd associate to directors with a far grimier, "indie and alternative" fame than Capra.
