Review of Arsenic and Old Lace (1944) by Ross B — 07 May 2009
You can see the theatrical origins of this in that virtually the whole film is made on the one set. The acting style (very like French farce) is also somewhat theatrical and over the top by today's standards, but it's still a very enjoyable romp.
The two elderly aunts are just great..
