Review of Arrival (2016) by Daniel W — 29 May 2017
Wow. This film caught me off guard. I thought it would be good, but did not realize how deeply profound and human this story about aliens appearing on Earth would be. Amy Adams performance, the brilliant cinematography, the perfect pacing, the musical atmosphere.
..all add up to a cinematic experience that I will never forget. And will revisit.
